While it isn’t necessarily the kind of earth-shaking news you'd expect/want from an E3 press conference, it’s certainly good to know that Nintendo plans to bring several new RPGs to Wii and DS by the end of the year and beyond.
For the DS, players can expect Kingdom Hearts (Sept. 29), Mario and Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story (Fall 2009), and Golden Sun (2010). Square Enix’s Final Fantasy: Crystal Bearers, which has been out for a couple years in Japan, will be hitting the Wii sometime by the end of 2009.
Many of these titles will be available on display on the show floor, so stay tuned for hands-on impressions over the next few days.
