Left 4 Dead 2

The sequel to zombie slaying spectacular Left 4 Dead is coming to the 360 this fall. Left 4 Dead 2 is set in Louisiana, and adds mêlée combat to the Left 4 Dead mix, giving players the option to brain zombies with axes, chainsaws, frying pans, baseball bats and other weapons.

That's not the only change to the game. L4D2 gives the director the ability to procedurally change weather effects, world objects, and pathways in addition to tailoring the enemy population, effects, and sounds to match the players' performance. Left 4 Dead 2 will feature new Survivors, boss zombies, weapons, and items, too, as well as  more co-operative campaigns, more Versus campaigns, and maps for Survival mode available at launch.

Left 4 Dead 2 will be out on November 17th for the 360.
