It's been a few days since Sony and Sucker Punch released their dark hero story, inFamous, to the masses. While most people decide whether they're going to play morality-driven games from the side of good or evil before the game is even released, maybe that changed when the controller was in your hands -- or maybe it didn't. I want you to tell me how you're planning to play inFamous and why.
Me? Evil! As someone who doesn't have time to play through games more than once to experience both good and evil, this time I'm going against my gut. Goody-two-shoes Patrick will disappear for a single game, likely to vanish the moment Mass Effect 2 is dropped in my hands and I melt at the thought of a character dying. Heck, even the cover art for inFamous seems to dare you to play evil -- so I will.

I prefer evil. My friend had inFamous before me and let me have a go, on one condition... I be good. It was still awesome but it nearly killed me when it came to the ray sphere choice so i did the good choice, saved and went back to show my friend that my choice would've been better i was right.

I'm not playing either I bought the game played it for 15mins and I don't like it I guess I'm just more of a shooter type person, well you guys have fun with this game I think I might wait to purchase COD that's the only game I'm looking forward to

Evil! In any morality driven game (KOTOR especially), I have to be evil, It is way too much fun to pass up! Besides, who wants to be all good and save people, when its way more fun to fry them and blow everything up?

I'm playing the good side, but at the beginning where you could choose to keep the food or let the peds have it....i had to fry them, it was just soooo tempting

Personally I almost always play the good side. Call me a goody two shoes if ya want. This is the first game sinces the original Star Wars KOTOR that makes me want to go back and play the evil side when I am finished.

yeah it set me to hard. Did the same with my friend. I think you'd have to actually die in the first mission to get it set to anything else. But you can always manually adjust the difficulty. I put mine down to normal. I will play Evil on hard for my trophy.

I started playing as good guy. After about 2 hours, I started a new game, and have been evil ever since. By the way, I have to say this game is much better than I expected. I have not been getting much sleep since this came out; hope to beat it this weekend when my supervillany won't be interrupted by my work schedule.

GOOD STORY LINE FIRST.I CAN NOT WAIT TO PLAY AS EVIL SO THAT I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND AND ARE ALWAYS RUNNING IN THE WAY. IT AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHED ME TO HARD DIFFICULTY BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS PLAYING THE GAME. DID IT DO THAT FOR ANYBODY ELSE?

im playing as a hero, because I like the help from cops and others when those acehole white reapers (conduits) are a biatch on hard difficulty.
theres no doubt in my mind that I will go back and play it has infamous, because I love me some trophies!

I plan to play good side first, then bad side. I'm loving the free rangeness of the game. It seems that you can simply go anywhere or climb anything in the game....except barbed wire fences of course. :P I love the fact that the only thing really holding you back is water, which is a natural deterrent to electricity. From the beginning of the game, the story hooks you in, and like games such as Gears, Killzone and the like, I actually care about what happens to Cole, Zeke, Trish and the rest of the citizens of Empire City. I can't wait to play it when I get home from work.

@blakseed- When you hit start, select 'Powers', one of the circle's at the top of the screen will be for the Blades. If you don't see an icon for them, maybe the dl process screwed up somehow. You have to press either up or down on the d-pad to activate them in-game.

Playing good on the normal diffculty then going to play through as evil on the hard diffculty. I don't want to have to worry about not hurting civies while playing on hard.....

I'm a great Hero, I save all the people around me and even the ones about to die on the ground but I kill all enemys even the wounded ones with a zap to their brains. After finish the story being a good Hero than I'll kill everyone and anyone lol.
