Games, like all media released in our world, rises or falls based on a plethora of reasons. Thankfully to make sense of it all, the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences holds a Game Deconstruction Group which breaks down and critically analyzes different titles bringing to light many of these reasons. Moderated by AIAS President Joseph Olin and G4's Adam Sessler, we sit in to watch the deconstruction of Namco Bandai's third-person action game Afro Samurai.
As many of you know, Afro Samurai was met with criticism after its initial launch. Join USC Interactive Media students Blade Olson and Logan Olson, as they illustrate the challenges that Afro Samurai faced on it's road down game development and execution.
