THQ and Rainbow Studios are back at it with the newest installment in the MX vs. ATV series, subtitled Reflex. We caught up with lead technical designer Elliott Olson to talk about the game's new features, chiefly among them is the new terrain deformation engine.
The bikes and ATVs in MX vs. ATV: Reflex will actually deform the track in real time, which will affect the vehicles that follow and hit that terrain next. Improvements have been made across the board to the game's visual quality and the controls have been made more accessible and sensible.
