The Palm Pre...I've been lusting for you since your unveiling at CES 2009. At the time, Palm announced that the Pre would be available through Sprint in the first half of 2009. Most assumed that it would be some time in June. The NY Times claims that the Pre will be out in the first week of June, which is in line with the rumors that have been floating around for the last month or so. According to the esteemed newspaper:
Great...the Palm Pre is coming while I'll be busy working E3 2009. How am I supposed to focus on phone lust when the biggest tradeshow of the year is taking place?!? Thanks a lot Palm, Sprint, and the various vendors involved. As I mentioned last week, the Nokia N97 has already been designated at my international phone; now I'm trying to decide between picking up a Pre or a Samsung Google Android phone (the BlackBerry Curve 8900 and Apple's upcoming iPhone are also in the mix, to a lesser degree). Dilemmas!
