Face it. You love Steam. You can’t get enough of Steam. You’d marry Steam if it were social acceptable (and technologically possible). And to be honest, I can’t really blame you. Up to this point though, one of Steam’s very few deficiencies was the lack of any worldwide statistics system for you to compare your achievement whoring skills with those of gamers around the world. Well, those days are over.
Thanks to Steam’s new global achievements stats feature, you can now check out what percentage of players have unlocked Steam achievements in particular games. Are you one of the point-three percent who have collected all the OCD flags in World of Goo? Or are you one of the 29.2 percent who still haven’t gotten 100 headshot kills in Left 4 Dead?
There are 47 games (and one demo) on the list right now, so if you’re an avid Steam user, you’re bound to find at least a couple stats that will make you feel confident in/embarrassed about your gaming skills.
How do you stack up in the global scheme of things?
