At the Coachella Music Festival this weekend, headliner Paul McCartney dropped a bombshell on the sun-bleached audience of fans. In the midst of McCartney's two and a half hour set, in the middle of "Got to Get You Into My Life," the ex-Beatle revealed the first footage of The Beatles: Rock Band. Check it out in the video below, at about 1:30 in.
It's hard to tell too much from the shaky-cam footage, but the digital Beatles look pretty impressive. I'm not sure why there are fireworks going off behind the Fab Four's heads, but hey, rock and/or roll, man!
The game come out on the Wii, PS3 and 360 on September 9th.
