Two interesting pieces of news for you about The Beatles: Rock Band. First off, check out the cover above. That's what the game will look like. I think it's very, very pretty, and nicely captures the Fab Four's mod style.
Secondly, the rumor mill is saying The Beatles: Rock Band will support harmonies! One of the distinctive features of The Beatles' music is the tension created by the delicate interplay of the contrasting vocal stylings of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. If this rumor turns out to be true, I'll be able to replicate it with my friend Dave when we're drunk!
Supposedly, the harmony will be performed on a second microphone. Given the inclusion of a mic stand in the Beatles: Rock Band bundle, I'd say this rumor might even turn out to be true. As a guy who lives to sing bad harmonies, I can't wait to give it a try!
