Cowen Group analyst Doug Creutz thinks that Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars could sell two million units in its first year of release. The game, published by Take-Two, was released today exclusively for the Nintendo DS. Did you snag your copy yet?
It was unclear, however, if Doug was talking about worldwide sales or limited his prediction to the US. If we're talking about the US only, two million sold would be a big accomplishment, especially for a 3rd party title... double, especially for an M-rated game on a platform that skews young.
