Hey, Family Guy fans: I'm sure you've already heard about the Cleveland spin-off show that's coming out, but have you heard that the one and only Kanye West will guest-star in an episode of the show?
Kanye's episode isn't airing until 2010, but according to insiders on the set, the sometimes eccentric rapper/auto-tune vocalist was a joy to work with.
"It was surprising to us that [he] was so into it that he came to the table [read], and wonderfully surprising how cool he was, how funny he was and how unassuming he was," executive producer and voice actor Mike Henry told People. "He's just a great presence."
West plays Kenny West, an unsucessful rapper, in the show, but Kanye went beyond just providing a voice. The hip-hopper also helped clean up the show's dialog.
"There was only one line he didn't love, and he came up with another idea and in a completely modest, nice way said, 'Would you mind if I changed just this one line?' " executive producer Richard Appel said. "And our feeling was, how many raps have we written? One? And how many has he written? Be our guest!"
