We've been impressed by Samsung's touch screen cameras. Now that they've combined them with a phone, we'd like to test out the Memoir's touch screen 3G browsing, email, GPS, 8 Megapixel camera with Xenon flash to see how it stacks up.
Look below the cut for the written review from Attack of the Show.
What You Need to Know
- Design is remarkable because one side makes you think it's a camera, while the other is the touch screen for the camera and phone functions
- It's only .6 inches thick
- Camera functionality is integrated really well
- Pictures are clear and crisp with a crazy-high resolution of 3264 X 2448
- Takes 640 X 480 video and even record in slo-mo at 120 frames per second
- Has a micro-SD up to 8 Gigs
- Uploads directly to your Flickr, PhotoBucket, or Snapfish directly from the phone
- Touch screen is unfortunately unresponsive at times
- Feels kind of plastic-y and accuracy when scrolling and typing is shoddy
- 3G Internet
- Stereo Bluetooth
- GPS
- Overall, its loaded with features but the touch screen is no iPhone killer. Buyer bewarned
Price
- $1,950
