According to a translation at ign.com, Konami would like to hire a large number of people for "new developments" in the Metal Gear series.
Konami mentions both consumer (PC and console) and mobile Metal Gear, as well as looking for a few good men and women to work on the next Winning Eleven game, Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball, Bemani, new online game content and pachislot machines.
