The city of San Diego is a nerd. This Southern California town is commemorating the tenth anniversary of EverQuest by dedicating a whole day to Sony Online Entertainment. And you're invited to come on down and check it out.
The dedication will be taking place on March 10 at 10 AM. The proclamation will take place shortly thereafter, but it is advised to arrive early to find parking and get through security. It all goes down at 202 C St., 12th Floor Council Chambers where Sony's John Smedley will accept the honor from San Diego City councilmember Carl DeMaio.
I predict Sony Online Entertainment Day will grow larger than Christmas and Hanukkah -- combined.
