The delightful Sam & Max series is heading to Xbox Live Arcade. Telltale Games has announced that the first two seasons are being renamed and repackaged for Sam & Max's debut on the Xbox 360. The new monikers are Sam & Max Save the World and Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space. In today's press release, Telltale CEO Dan Connors said:
Telltale fans will recall that Season 2 will be available at retail for PC and Wii and that the company has already announced Wallace &Gromit for Xbox Live Arcade. The release date for the XBLA versions of Sam & Max have not be determined.
I enjoy head shots and dragon punches as much as the next gamer, but it's nice to have some cute characters and humorous storytelling in the mix. I'm totally ready for some Sam & Max action on my Xbox 360 (assuming it ever works again). Anyone else interested in the adventures of the dog detective and his "rabbity-thing" sidekick?
