Fans of torture-porn movies rejoice! Konami has supposedly picked up the rights to the Saw game. The game was initially to be published by Brash Entertainment. When the company crumbled at the end of 2008, Saw was left without a home. Variety's Ben Fritz has reported:

"Sources close to the project have confirmed that Konami has made a deal with Lionsgate, to whom the rights reverted when Brash breached its contract, and developer Zombie Studios. The game will come out this fall along with the sixth Saw film."

The game was being made with Epic's Unreal Engine 3 and was expected to hit the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.

I'm absolutely not into the movie genre, but I understand that it's hugely popular. Are any of you guys into the Saw franchise? If so, are you looking forward to the game?
