Update From Adam Sessler: “It has come to my attention that I made a modest mistake in the video. Killzone 2 is set to release on 2/27…F.E.A.R. 2 is set to release next week. Given the fact that games come to us earlier than they do to retailers such particulars are a little hazy and I clearly interpolated the two dates. Nonetheless the review aired the day the review embargo lifted and has no effect upon the opinions that followed. Thanks to everyone who watched the soapbox and brought this to my attention, which is pretty much everyone”

i remember seeing this a couple of years ago and laughing at about how mad you were,
i didn't like your argument for the bribery accusation though, not that i think g4tv really gets bribed by game companies to give different scores, but i think a better way to disqualify that argument is to post your own earnings, i can definitely understand why you wouldn't want to, personal privacy alone is a great enough excuse, but i actually am in favor of personal earnings being publicly noted like they do in the government, mostly due to discrimination, but i highly doubt the g in g4 stands for government,
overall i think just saying 'no, i do not get bribed,' would've been a better response despite what they yell and scream with their caps lock on

I have to say that I found this soapbox to be one of the most funny things I have ever seen. Its about time someone finally struck back at the retarded people on the internet in such a way that they can never recover from it, and simply have to create a new account to get past the shame.
I own an XBOX360, PS3, and Wii. There is nothing in the rulebook that says that I can't. As for game reviews, I don't pay attention to the numbers for crap. If the game looks good than it looks good. Numbers are just personal opinions on a game, and for people to get so worked up over something that they 1) had no hand in creating, 2) will usually only play for a few weeks/months then move on to some other dumb crap, and 3) are so "FanBoy" about that it is saddening, really shows what kind of gamers they are. It doesn't matter if something is on PS3, 360, or Wii. If its a good game why give credit to the damn Console developers? As if they are the ones behind the epicness/failness of the game. If something is good hail the developers of the game, not the consoles. Regardless of what console a game comes out on it is the game that matters. The SLIGHT differences between the consoles are gonna end up putting some kid on the news for shooting his friend in the face over an argument that one system is better then the rest.
I like them all. They are all great. I wouldn't have dropped nearly $1000 of my long time hard earned money on things I did not like. You all need to take a nerd-rage chill pill and get over the flame wars over the systems/ratings. Its an opinion; i.e. you don't have to agree with it, but it doesn't matter if you do or don't, noone gives a crap.

anyway here is my opinion for the game: great graphics, effects and sound and it could really have been an amazing game, but I think the controls are way off it is not as responsive as other shooters I have played and I saw that the one playing behind Adam had the same issue and couldn't hit poo if he was covered in it.
I haven't tried other FPS games on PS3, so maybe it is the controller that is tre issue, 'cause I do feel that the sticks are a little too loose.
not a 360 fanboy, both consoles have their pros. and cons. but for me the 360 controller is just better for shooters.

First of all, THANK YOU ADAM SESSLER! Those fanboys need to be put in their place and (maybe) realize how stupid they are. I really wish I had a PS3 so I could play all the awesome games that are exclusive to it. Also, I found this video because I am bored out of my mind this Sunday with no 360. It's still gonna be another week or two until I get my 360 back from Texas. If only I had a life.

Its sad when gamers pay more attention to the actual rating of the game rather than playing the game and enjoying it themselves. I'm an Xbox 360 owner but i do play some games on the PS3 and i think Kill Zone 3 is a magnificent game. The difference between a true gamer and a fan boy is, a true gamer can appreciate a good game no matter what console its on. Fan boys only want to represent what console they have. I've been playing video games since Nintendo dropped in the 80's and i remember when people used to buy games because they were fun and entertaining. Even when the Sega Genesis and the SNES, people still focused on the entertainment level of the games. I co-own a gaming website (www.Analoghype.com) and i think its sad that today's gamer focus more on NPD numbers and game ratings. Wish things could go back to how they used to be, but hey thats just my opinion.

The difference in game quality from 360 to ps3 is almost unnoticeable. Maybe you would be better off pledging your loyalty as a fan boy to a company that cares more about the consumer and bettering its product, or you could base your fanboyism on whatever console you think makes you seem cooler. But in all honesty i could care less what side you are on...i'll pwn u on either system. Nice work Adam...I love the fact that people actually get angry about video game reviews. Just go and play the damn games yourselves. Who really gives a sh&t what anyone else thinks.(no offense to G4) But seriously...its just a game.

I've been watching since Extended Play and its nice to see that Adam hasn't changed a bit. I deal with these extreme fanboys online and offline all the time and its nice to see someone with some sort of authority tell them what we have tried so hard to do. Keep up the good work and please publish more of these kinds of videos.

First of all: Adam is awesome. I only saw this video because someone actually recommended it to me.
Secondly, I'd like to know if I have violated some unspoken rule by buying a 360 AND a PS3. My brothers and sisters, I have reached enlightenment in that I no longer need to defend a product that I had no hand in creating. "Exclusive" is no longer in my vocabulary. You too can rise above the flame wars for less than a thousand dollars cash. Verily I say unto thee, peace and tranquility are on the horizon. There will soon be a day when PS3 and 360 owners alike cast aside their differences and live in complete harmony with one another... so that they can team up against Nintendo.
