A poster on NeoGaf has posted pictures of what he or she claims to be an early render from Factor 5 for a Kid Icarus game. Board member "Shiggy" claims:
I've been bugging Shigeru Miyamoto for a Kid Icarus remake for years, but he hasn't heeded my pleas (nor should he). Factor 5 has done well on Nintendo consoles in the past. It has a penchant for making interesting 3D flying games (ignore Lair for a moment). It's somewhat believable that the company was working on a Kid Icarus title. As many of you know, Factor 5 has been having a rough time lately, so this game (if it exists) will probably never see the light of day.

A realistic Kid Icarus isn't what I was hoping for. How about you guys and gals? Do you dig the art style? Or would you prefer something closer to the original,cartoonish game? Or maybe the blubbering imbecile from the Captain N cartoons?
