One of the most out-of-left-field awesome video games for the Wii last year was the Steven Spielberg developed Boom Blox. Today, Spielberg and Electronic Arts announced a second game in their partnership, Boom Blox Bash Party! It's going to be released this spring for the Wii.
The game will be more social experience than the first Boom Blox. It includes an online component and the ability for users to share levels that they build with others online, as well as download extra levels from EA. Spielberg said, "We know families and friends really enjoyed playing the original Boom Blox together, so we designed more explosive multiplayer experiences with Boom Blox Bash Party."
