A horrible natural disaster has befallen the skate-friendly city of San Vanelona. In the midst of the rebuilding process, the city, now called "New San Vanelona," vowes to chase out the wheeling ruffians by beefing up security and adding thwarting mechanisms like notches to railings and sidewalks.
