If you own a copy of Dawn of War: Soulstorm, you now have access to the multiplayer beta for Relic's Dawn of War II through Valve's Steam service.
If you purchased Soulstorm through Steam, simply restart the program and you should see the beta in your games list. It's under "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II" so scroll down.
If you have a boxed copy of Soulstorm you'll need to activate the key on Steam. If you don't own Soulstorm and can't wait a week when the beta opens up to the public you can purchase it for 75% off at $7.50. You don't even have to install it to get access to the beta.
