Play 'Tabula Rasa' for Free

Before Tabula Rasa meets its imminent death come February 28, you can play the MMO to your sword wielding heart's desire for free.

Publisher NCsoft was originally going to offer the game for free on January 10, but decided to do so now.

If you already have an account, log in at PlayNC. To create a new account, you'll need to get a serial code. What's weird is that although the game is free, it still requires a credit card "just so we know who you are," as it reads on the game's site.

Why?

TR also got some new content -- right before it's slated to shut down -- with the likes of Earth, PvP Wargames and Epic Caves of Donn. Fans should appreciate a last ditch farewell effort.
