In the latest batch of X-Blade screens from South Peak and Gaijin Entertainment, we take a look at the panoramic vistas that young, female protagonist Ayumi will hack-n-slash her way through. Not only do the latest images provide a deeper look into the Gaijin-created environment but also offers a great oppurtunity to examine the Kogal Japanese subculture of young women in Japan which shares certain similarities with Ayumi. You decide. Inspirational or coincidence?

X-Blades slices n' dices this winter on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
