Remember when we told you earlier that THQ had a problem with the box art for Activision's SCORE International Baja 1000 The Official Game?
Activision has gone ahead and changed the box art on their off road video game, Baja 1000: The Official Game to avoid a possible lawsuit with THQ.
The original packaging looked very similar to that of THQ's Baja: Edge of Control.
Activision's changed cover art for the off-road Baja game appears to have diffused any tension, as the lawsuit is now dismissed.
