Sacha does it again! In the latest incident in his tour-de-force of social disruptions as his character  "Bruno," Sacha Baron Cohen has crashed the set of the NBC TV show Medium. Whether it's walking uninvited on to the runway of a fashion show in Milan or interrupting political rallies, Cohen has been making many headlines while filming footage for his (officially untitled) new film centered around the "Gay Austrian Fashion Reporter" for months now.

As the story goes, on November 7, production was forced to shut down when an obnoxious extra kept interrupting the shooting of what was a supposedly tense courtroom scene. Series star Patricia Arquette actually got angry enough to physically escort the unruly interrupter off the set. (lol, what a badass chick.)

Some have called "shenanigans" on his ability to infiltrate and get away with the supposed raw footage that was captured, suspecting that the studio for Medium (Paramount) is in cahoots with Cohen. However, running against that theory, is the fact that Bruno is being produced by rival Universal. However, the link between NBC and Universal has been established before in projects.

While it remains unclear as to exactly how Cohen was able to infiltrate this set, it still leaves one to wonder how much longer can the "psuedo-documentarian" genre last. While he has had some success as a legitimate actor, he has excelled with the dynamic of Ali G, Borat, and Bruno, becoming a household name. Even in the leaked YouTube footage of his crashing of the Milan fashion show, you can hear spectators shouting "Sacha!" The kind of recognition which, needless to say, is a huge buzzkill for projects where anonymity is required.
