Even though Google now has a competing product in the marketplace with the T-Mobile G1, the first device to run Google's Android mobile operating system, they are still taking the time to improve the digital lives of iPhone users.

The search results page for Google when viewed on the iPhone or iPod Touch has been improved and now scales to the device instead of displaying the normal full-sized page. It will also keep the iGoogle links to Gmail, Calendar, Reader, and More in view at all times.

Furthermore, if you're looking for a place or business, the first thing you'll see on the results page is an address, phone number, and map of the location.
