This is a leaked photo from the upcoming feature film adaptation of Dragonball Z (simply titled Dragonball in the US since the letter "Z" apparently scares housepets and Seniors.) It depicts our hero Goku (Justin Chatwin) in his signature "Super Saiyan Ape" form.
My only comment: Voldemort with a facelift that would make even Joan Rivers cringe.
