'50 Cent: Blood On The Sand' Confirmed

Rumor confirmed: Eagerly awaited(?) third-person action game 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand has found a publisher. After being dropped by Activision Blizzard, the over-the-top sequel to Bullet Proof was picked up by publisher THQ.

The game is due out on the PS3 and 360 in January. We should have a new trailer for you soon, but until then, check out the original trailer below.

I don't understand why you keep talking about this game and posting it's rediculous trailer in the feed. the first 50 cent game was a horrible steaming pile and there is nothing to show that this game will be any better. allstar is right, EPIC FAIL!

That's good to hear....? I'm more interested in hearing confirmed release dates (or even that they're still going to be releasted) for Ghostbusters and Brutal Legend.

WTF!!!....yeah this makes a whole lot of sense...push out a sure to be crap ass title ...and a quality title like brutal legend still can't get released...no f'n sense...did 50 cent give THQ a lifetime supply of vitamin water to get this steaming pile game released...fock this.

if this game had exclusive dlc for ps3 OR 360 certain ppl wouldn't shut up about it.

regardless....this game could become one of those 5 dollar impulse buys after christmas. could be neat if it is way over the top.

okay if 50 cent gets to come up with another game plot starring himself i'm gonna go suicidal. for once i'm elated that a game won't be on the wii, because nintendo has enough sense to step OVER the pile of dog doo. a warning to everyone who buys this game.. if i go to your house and find it there.. i will strangle you with your console's power cord.

seriously.. activision, THQ, anyone who makes games.. I WANT TO SEE A GAME BASED ON THE MAYAN BALLGAME ABOUT 1,000,000x MORE THAN ANOTHER 50 CENT GAME.
if you haven't heard of the mayan ballgame, it involves getting a stone ball through a hoop using only your feet or head.. tackling is allowed and encouraged.. i think the hoops were like 20 feet up too..imagine basketball+Futbol+rugby. i think i'd be the best sports game ever, especially with the options of superhardcore players with piercings and tattoos and sharpened teeth.

GhostBusters, Riddick redux, and Brutal Legend all of which were looked over by THQ when they said "lets publish 50cent:BOTS and not look for more better games". 50 cent did have some good rap beats when he first came on the scene, now he is a vitamin water spokesman. How bland do you get?

there is just no way i could get myself to buy or even play through a game like this. I admire the dude's enthusiasm (who wouldn't want a game with themselves as the protagonist) but i just cannot believe his games sell enough to warrant other ones.
