Xbox Live Primetime, one of the features promised to be included in the upcoming Xbox Live Experience this November 19, won't be available until Spring 2009, according to a report by Forbes. Primetime brings in a series of interactive games with real-world prizes.
"That's too bad," Forbes writer Chris Morris stated on his report. "Xbox Live Primetime is a provocative concept and could represent the gaming industry's first serious foray into the turf dominated by TV," he said. Xbox Live Primetime will usher in a new competitive level for Xbox Live users, allowing them to obtain tangible prizes instead of simply unlocking achievements and gamer points.
Recently, the video sharing featuring in the New Live Experience has also been delayed and will come soon after the update's launch.
