When EA first announced Mirror's Edge, opinions were varied. Some people thought it was too ambitious. Some people thought it was brilliant. And some people thought it looked like a glorified tech demo. All that changed when people first got their hands on a copy at E3 08.
This year at the Tokyo Game Show in Japan, we got our hands on the first (tutorial) level of Mirror's Edge, and it's difficult to express our feelings. This game is quite beautiful, unique, and different. It's hard to explain what it feels like to play a game like this, since we're all hard pressed to find anything to compare it to. Watch the full, uncut playthrough of the first level for yourself and tell us what you think.
