With all the recent Gears of War 2 traffic, Epic Games releases another "flashback" video to harken back to an earlier time.

Damon Baird hosts a countdown of the deadliest Locust, as voted on by fans for the original Gears of War. Thoughts? Comments? How would you have voted?

funny u said that. it's a first gen ps3 and the blu-ray has been repaired 2 times. My 360 Elite has never had a problem. So the tables have turned for me.

i loved the first gears but all the new drama and story in this one seems like its focused 2 much. its like there tryin 2 intro to much stuff at once. idk ill play it 1 day but iama wait i know it will be good i think but ill hold off that is if my 360 dosint go first.

I dreaded the parts where I had to fight the berseker more than anything. Raam is bad, but at least you can hurt him with standard weapons.

I dont know this game looks pretty boring and generic now im not surprised as with gears of war 1, Resistance 2 with.

300 foot tall monsters
60 players online
8 co-op

pretty much leaves gears 2 in the dust.

OOOOH, Husker360, my most respected foe. Please don't get it twisted. I feel like I was cheated, honest. People going for the $199 consle, don't do it. It's a lie. If you want to play online, apperently, you need a HARD DRIVE and A 19. 99 BUCK 3 month subcription. I ended up paying over 400 bucks.I felt cheated.

Thats the beauty of a 3 sku system.

We mare core gamers, we should buy the Pro or the Elite if we are download crazy.

Casuals, kids, people who only play games offline once a month should buy a Arcade.

Get it?

Thats one reason why i dont like PS3. People who only want to play a game have to invest in bluray, wifi, a large harddrive.....when they just want to play a few games once in a while.

The Arade is perfect for casuals NOT ppl like US.

Get a hard drive if you want to play online. That's what I was told. That's why I paid over $399 for a pro. Thanks M$!!!!! Over 400 in all. Sweet deal for my PS, oooo...I mean my 360 Pro.

I felt the same way. I bought my elite recently after its release, when the pro didn't come with HDMI. A month later they started shipping all of them with HDMI (all models). HDMI is the only reason I bought the elite. I don't need freaking 120 GB of space. On top of that, they dropped the price by $50 on the pro and core (former name of the arcade model), and $20 on the elite. Needless to say, I was pissed. I could have paid $349 instead of $479 and get all I needed. If only I had known... Grrrr. Why did you have to remind me :( But it's ok, it's been worth every penny :D

BTW, I am pretty sure you can get on Live with a memory unit. But who in their right mind would buy that instead of a HD? You'll miss out on backward compatibility, downloadable content, etc.
