Kid Rock Finally Goes Digi

Posted October 3, 2008 - By Ty Colfax

The self-described Rock 'N Roll Jesus, Kid Rock, has finally acquiesced to the changing music market and put some of his music up for digital download. But it's not going to appear on iTunes any time soon.

A long held belief that his music should be sold in complete albums was a huge sticking point for Rock who has elected to exclusively offer his music through Rhapsody, where $10 gets you the whole album. His latest effort Rock 'N Roll Jesus has been out for a year and still it holds the #7 spot on the Billboard charts, an unusual feat of longevity for any album these days.

All of Kid Rock's albums are available at Rhapsody and despite the advice he gave back in June to steal music, in fact to steal everything, you can now download his entire catalogue at a fair price.
