Just when we thought we had our MMO addiction under control, EA and BioWare brings us the most epic tease of all: An MMO based on Star Wars: Knights of the Republic. And according to CVG's report, both companies are set to officially announce the title later this month.

The title's existence slipped out of EA's John Riccitiello mouth earlier this year. Hinting at the KOTOR MMO, Riccitiello said, "In partnership with Lucas, coming out of BioWare, which is, I think, quite possibly the most anticipated game, full stop, for the industry at the point when we get closer to telling you about it." And he immediately responded with a simple "Yes" when asked if the title was an MMO based on the KOTOR universe.

As with any too good to be true news, this is just a rumor. So for now, we're just listening to our MMO rehab sponsors. One day at a time, one day at a time...
