In news of gargantuan import for both rockers and rollers, a massive pack of tracks from seminal rock band AC-DC is coming to Harmonix's music games Rock Band and Rock Band 2 in the form of a "electrifying standalone game." So dust off your little schoolboy shorts, buddy!
The AC/DC LIVE: Rock Band Track Pack features 18(!) of the hardest rocking tracks ever recorded, including all-time faves like "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap," "Hell's Bells, and "Back in Black," all live recordings of AC-DC themselves, taken from concerts. You'll be able to download the tracks after purchasing a special code.
The track will be available November 2nd on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 2, and on November 16th for Wii. It will cost you $39.88 for the PS3, 360 and Wii versions, where the PS2 version is only $29.88.
Below is the entire track list.
- "Shoot to Thrill"
- "Back in Black"
- "Hell Ain't a Bad Place to Be"
- "Fire Your Guns"
- "The Jack"
- "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap"
- "Hells Bells"
- "High Voltage"
- "Whole Lotta Rosie"
- "You Shook Me All Night Long"
- "Let There Be Rock”
- "Highway To Hell”
- "For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)”
We notice that the track pack is a bit more expensive than it would be if these songs were offered via DLC, and you can't pick and choose. We're big enough AC-DC fans that we'll drop the money on this, but are you? We want to know!
