Following the Fallout 3's in-game, drug-induced fiasco, Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification has refused classification towards Konami's upcoming survival horror title, Silent Hill: Homecoming, "presumably for excessive violence".
Unless the publisher decides to change the game's current form, sales will be prohibited in the land of Australia. Konami is expected to censor the title to meet the OFLC's requirements. Silent Hill: Homecoming is scheduled to be released in North America on September 30 and October 30 in Europe for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC (via Steam).
