Remakes of Capcom's survival horror titles, Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero, that were originally developed for the Nintendo Gamecube will make its way to the Wii this December for Japanese gamers.
Similar to Resident Evil 4's port, the new Wii versions will support the Wii-mote/Nunchuck control combo with new aiming mechanics, weapon equipment motions, and more. And, if players prefer a more old school control approach, the titles are also compatible with the Gamecube and Wii Classic controllers.
No word yet if these two ports will make its way to North American and European shores. Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero were both released in 2002 for the Gamecube.
