Hey World of Warcraft PVE oriented players, have you been hanging out with the "other" crowd lately? No, not felons, but PVP players who have nothing better to do than zerg Hillsbrad Foothills or gank n00bs at Stranglethorn Vale? In case you got tired of playing in a "care bear" server, Blizzard's allowing you to port to your inn, pack your purple loots (or blue...N00B!) and head on to a PVP server. Here's an excerpt from the official site:
"Providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players is always a priority for us, and we are continually re-evaluating our policies and programs to do so. As the state of the game has matured substantially since the inception of Paid Character Transfers, we will now be allowing PvE-to-PvP transfers on a full-time basis to provide players with more mobility and freedom to easily play with their friends."
You can check out the Paid Character Transfer FAQ if you want to find out more about the feature. Oh, and try to be nice when you arrive first at your new server home....at least for an hour. World of Warcraft's latest expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, is due out later this year for the PC and Macintosh platforms.
