After laying off employees from the Austin studio last month, reports from sources close to NCsoft said that the studio might be shutting down the servers running Richard Garriot's MMO, Tabula Rasa, and closing the studio's office in Europe.
The report also stated that in result of the European office's rumored closing, NCsoft will cancel an unannounced MMO project. Tabula Rasa was released for the PC in November 2007, and was recently marketed in July with prepaid game cards found in retail stores such as Target and Best Buy.
Well, hopefully this won't be true, but whatever happens, it won't stop Lord British from launching to outer space.
