Under the new leadership of Jin Hasegawa, the developers of Ninja Gaiden II are set to introduce three brand new titles at this year's Tokyo Game Show. Hasegawa has been Team Ninja's sensei since July 1 after the departure of Tomonobu Itagaki.

Although details of the new games are still under wraps, IGN reports that they will be under the action genre--one of Team Ninja's expertise. We're just happy to see these talented guys crank out more titles even though Itagaki's presence is no longer around. In more recent Tecmo news, the company's reviewing Square-Enix's "friendly takeover" bid and has until today to decide whether they will merge with the Final Fantasy makers or not.
