Culver City, CA blogger Kevin Cogill, 27, was arrested this morning, accused of posting nine unreleased Guns N' Roses songs from the group’s upcoming Chinese Democracy album.

When he was questioned by an FBI agent, Cogill admitted to allowing public access to the songs on the Antiquiet blog in June, and was arrested at his home on suspicion of violating federal copyright laws.

Antiquiet received so much traffic after the songs, which were being prepared for commercial release, were posted that it crashed.

Cogill is expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles later today, said Assistant U.S. Atty. Craig Missakian.

Okay. Great. You win. So when the hell is Chinese Democracy finally coming out, Axl?!?!?
