A year after the title's release, the PS3's multiplayer sensation will be receiving brand new features when Warhawk: Fallen Star lands on the Playstation Network this Thursday, August 28.

Fallen Star will feature the new "Tau Crater", supporting 10 new layouts players can frag out while utilizing the new jetpacks (pictured above). Jetpacks will be adding a whole new perspective on the gameplay mechanics, as players will be learning new dodge manuevers, flight controls and even the ability to mount vehicles while using a jetpack. Warhawk, developed Incog Inc. Entertainment, was originally released in August 2007 exclusively for the Playstation 3. Fallen Star will be available for $7.99, while a combo "Booster" expansion pack that includes all three expansions (Omega Dawn, Broken Mirror, Fallen Star) will be available for $15.99.
