Back in 2005, the minds behind Max Payne, Remedy game studio, introduced their latest "psychological action thriller", Alan Wake. But since we haven't heard any updates about the title lately, the developers have assured us that they are still working hard on the game. Remedy CFO Mika Reini posted on their official forum:
"Sure, we've been in development for a long time and if everything had gone perfectly smoothly there probably would be a game out for you guys to play already. But designing a completely new game can be hard, and sometimes you need to take a detour to find the best route forward."
We only hope that the developers brings us more updates about the title soon....before bedtime. Alan Wake, published by Microsoft Game Studios, will be available for the PC and Xbox 360 platforms. Check out the game's trailer (from 2006) after the cut.
