There has been speculation for over a year about the mighty Google's entry into the cell phone market. The company promised a cell phone operating system, Android, but until today, no one knew when we'd see it. According to the New York Times, Android will first be appearing on T-Mobile cell phones available this holiday season.
The phone, nicknamed "The Dream," will feature a touchscreen like an iPhone, but the screen also slides out to expose a five-row keyboard. Here's a video that leaked to youtube:
The New York Times has confirmed that this is, indeed, the real deal. Expect an official announcement in September.
