Hurdling over the previous NC-17 rating slap by the MPAA, Kevin Smith can now assure that his new film, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, will be available in most theaters. After yesterday's appeal screening, the MPAA has now revised the movie's rating to 'R', which means kiddies, you can now ask your older siblings to accompany you to see the flick (although we highly doubt they would).
Starring Seth Rogen (Pineapple Express) and Elizabeth Banks (40 Year-Old Virgin), Zack and Miri Make a Porno has both characters dipping into the pockets of the adult entertainment industry in order to make ends meet. The film, distributed by the Weinstein Company, is currently set to be released (oddly) this halloween, October 31.

No my life is actually pretty upbeat and enjoyable. Sorry that I can't find "I'm so funny because I smoke weed and smoking weed is funny" hilarious like so many others. Seth Rogan is a one trick pony and his trick is
"I smoke weed" which sadly enough CAN be funny. He just gets smarmy and comes across as a douche. Kevin Smith could make him funny so maybe there's hope.
Or wait, are you a Ben Affleck fan? There's no defense for that.
