The Time Warner company is in the process of selling GameTap, a financial report released this morning says. Gametap, a PC downloading service is the home of episodic games like America McGee's Alice and other, older games.
"The current year quarter included an $18 million noncash impairment of GameTap as a result of Turner’s decision to sell its on-line video game business."
Whether this represnts a firm offer on the table or a more loose plan remains to be seen.
