If you fired up your Xbox 360 this morning, you were encouraged to update your firmware. You might be asking, what wonders are in store for me? What does this update do? The answer: Nothing.
According to Microsoft, "This update contains code to ‘prepare for future growth of the service.’ There are no other changes or enhancements in this update…in other words no new features. "
So nothing right now, but big things are in the future. The fall update will have a brand new look for your 360, that 3D environment that was hyped at E3 08 will be yours when summer is over.
