The inventor of Doom, John Carmack, said that id's upcoming open-world shooter Rage will look worse on Xbox 360 because of the compression needed to fit the game's assets on two DVDs. Including a third disc isn't an option because of the cost, so you 360 owners will have to deal with worse graphics.
Carmack said that the issue is a storage problem and has nothing to do with the power of the Xbox 360 hardware. But still, flame-warriors, warm up your keyboards! But before you do, read this post too!
