Felicia Day, actor in Joss Whedon’s internet musical “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” and creator of the hit web series “The Guild”, has just signed on to write a Machinima web series for Machinima.com The as-yet-untitled series is a sitcom about a group of inn regulars set inside a popular game.
“I decided to partner with Machinima.com because there is so much to explore comedically inside the game world,” says Day. “I want to create an experience that gamers and non-gamers will enjoy." Gamers and non-gamers? Why, that's everyone!
Day’s series will be launched as an original set of five short-form episodes that stitch together to create a 22 minute half hour pilot. We'll point you to them when're they're up on Machinima.
