We try to remind ourselves constantly about the presidential elections this November. We mean, it's only the future of our country right? When people see the ravaged Washington D.C. above from Bethesda Softworks's Fallout 3, they might be drawn to a conclusion that the devs were making a political statement - that's not the case according to a report by MTVMultiplayer.
Bethesda Softworks Executive Producer Todd Howard said that there is no political statement intended in Fallout 3, saying that it's all a "coincidence". He said that even though the level is staged in our nation's capital, it "has nothing to do with current affairs." The post-apocalyptic role-playing shooter is set to hit the Xbox 360 (with exclusive DLC), Playstation 3 and PC this October.
Kind of reminds us of Dr. Evil's Washington D.C., Independence Day attack for.......$1 million.
