Among the sea of fine, wise gentlemen and ladies at last week's Comic-Con, Epic Games designer Cliff Bleszinski revealed another interesting feature for Gears of War 2 - linked achievements with the original Gears of War. Although he didn't go into much detail about them, it was sure enough to have us all intrigued.

Keep in mind that there are some feather-lite spoilers after the cut for those of you who have been living under a rock.

Linked Achievements for Gears of War 2

• Gears of War Act One completed will unlock a playable Anthony Carmine in Gears of War 2
• Obtain ten COG tags in GoW will unlock Minh Young Kim in GoW 2
• Defeat General Raam in GoW, Play as him in GoW 2

Pretty neat huh? Gears of War 2 will be out by November 7 exclusively for the Xbox 360.
